She is a sweet poodle that just recently joined with a local Rescue Group, New Hope Rescue.
Pam's Summary
"This little girl just came last night. She is an elderly poodle. Her owner is quite elderly and ill, as well, and as a result this little girl has been outdoors in a pen for a long time. Her owner actually hadn't even seen her since August;...a neighbor was tossing food to her. We offered to give this girl a retirement home, and her owner, who does love her very much, tearfully turned her over. She never meant to neglect her, but no-one would help her with the dog. I hope little Pammie has a long comfortable time with us, tho she does have many medical issues."
